Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VPS Nepal services provided by NepalCloud Host PVT. LTD., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

VPS Nepal provides Virtual Private Server hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Ubuntu VPS hosting
• Windows VPS hosting
• Application-specific hosting (n8n, databases, e-commerce)
• Development environment hosting
• Cloud VPS solutions

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all VPS services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

5. Data Backup and Security

While we provide backup services, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Limitation of Liability

NepalCloud Host PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.
